Recent Neuronal Connections 'Speak Out.'

(1)
Sipping on beer #1 at 1906. Sip. There are a lotta 'new connections' just waiting to be 'tried out,' but not enough beer has been imbibed yet. Sip. No buzz yet. Sip. End of beer #1 at 1810. Kootch hit the sack an hour and a half ago... Back from the fridge with beer #2 at 1915. Sip. Aha! The first blog idea just rose into consciousness... Sip... Oops, I forgot it... Sip... Oh, another one... both related to KP (Kaiser). Sip. Gonna be an interesting night... Sip. More ideas will no doubt bubble up as time goes on... but first, some good news: I have decided to remove one of those 'two thumbs down' opinions regarding Kaiser Permanente (see recent posts). Furthermore, I look forward to removing the remaining 'downer' in the forseeable future! (See? I'm not all bad!) Sip. I feel better now. I was always 'uncomfortable' visiting local Kaiser medical facilities with two TDs on my record. Sip. Buzzing outrageously at 1938. Must be on beer #3. Sip.
My most recent visit to good ole KP was yesterday evening at 5PM, a date and time suggested by a Kaiser employee. They wanted to ultrasound my big swollen right leg. I immediately agreed to the appointment. But as time went on I made some 'connections:' Friday 'evening' at 5 PM. Hmm. Better pay close attention to this 'Kaiser-suggested' encounter. Yas.
I arrived well ahead of time. Sip. I waited, imbibing the 'zietgiest' (is that a word?) in the waiting room. Nothing alarming.
I was eventually escorted into the ultrasound room by the 'operator.' Nothing unusual... She was a pleasant, but stoically serious, something you would expect. No 'alarm bells...'
The 'procedure' took at least 30 minutes as we both looked at (to me) interesting but incomprehensible video of my right leg. Real time video apparently went to one or more Doctors in another room.
Finally we were done. I looked forward to jumping in the car and heading home to some beer and blogging.
