The next 'order of business' for that male infant in the neo-natal ward would probably be 'circumcision,' a procedure in which the infant's penis would be stripped of the foreskin, an important protective, sensory, and mobility-enhancing part of the penis. Such a new and sudden 'procedure' would no doubt alarm the infant, who would certainly want a very convincing explanation for what was obviously going to be a sexual mutilation. No such 'explanation' would have been forthcoming. Meanwhile, his future wife would also suffer future sexual degredation, unknowingly, and would not be able to 'delete thumbs.'
My guess is that the infant would invert 90 thumbs-up into 90 thumbs down. At least. As that infant matured and realized how seriously he had been damaged by circumcisiuon he would probably invert all Thumbs Up on Kaiser Permanente.
