This is a good visual with which to preface the following links. The guy's eyes are bloodshot after 'smoking up' and his mood has changed considerably from 'anger' to 'blissed-out.' I can personally attest to this effect. Back in the '70s I would drink beer almost every day after getting off work, and occasionally after a 'bad day at the office' I would 'take it out on Kootch.' 'Smoking up' would always soften my mood suddenly and dramatically. (Sipping on beer #4 at 1558.)

And I could go on and on, of course, but you get the idea. The problem with Marijuana seems to be that it is an excellent all-purpose natural medicine; a natural wonder drug. Big Pharma wants its share of the pie, but so far it has failed to improve on Mother Nature. Indeed, the human brain's Cannaboid Receptors are not yet fully understood.
