Which brings us to a concept suitable (error occured while saving) for inclusion in our definition of 'Culture War:' Information Tolerance. Rapid cultural change is possible only after the said culture has attained to some minimal level of Information Tolerance. (Kootch just waved 'Goodnight' at 1729. Time for The News...) America, on the other hand, has long celebrated 'diversity' as a National Cultural Asset. I must confess that - to me - 'diversity' seemed to be more of a cultural liability than a cultural asset; but now I see the light: Diversity fosters 'Information Tolerance!' Whowoulda thought!
And yet, in spite of mucho information supporting 'Intactivism' as a cogent national policy, America continues to sexually mutilate a huge segment of its newborn males. Why? True, the American circumcision rate has been going downhill for decades. But given what we now know about the human prepuce, why is circumcision (male sexual mutilation) still being practiced on a huge portion of American newborns? Culture War. Culture War inhibits the free flow of information within a larger society. American Jews, using their unique tribal sin of 'Anti-Semitism' have choked off the flow of information regarding the value of the human prepuce. The result is that Americans who rely on 'Jew-controlled media' for such information never receive that important information. A concomitant result is that the 'American Jewish Tribe' is not 'blamed' for the existing state of affairs, and that 'eligible Jewish males' are not currently thought of as 'sexual schlubs.'
