The Big Black Mistake

Before leaving the subject of 'black rage' I need to correct Obama's Black History, which - according to Obama - began in 1787. Wrong. Black History began a million years ago. Humanity originated in Africa and eventually spread all over the world. But unfortunately for Africans, other strains of Humanity in other places far out-paced Black Africans culturally (including technologically). The eventual result was that Black Africans were so far behind technologically that they were left out during the times of the New World discoveries beginning around 1492: they were still swinging from the tree-tops - so to speak - while Europeans sailed around the world aided by their far superior technology, eventually colonizing North and South America. Black Africans, meanwhile, were left swinging.
Europeans (Americans) to the rescue! Aided by superior technology and Greco-Judeo-Christian philosophy, those kind folks rescued many Black Africans from the tree tops, brought them to the Americas, gave them jobs, taught them esoteric languages and religions and philosophies, and generally improved their lives considerably - including generous infusions of European genes. The result was that they not only evolved socially but physically: they became whiter!What a magnificant gift to such an inferior people!
Obama's speech ignores that essential cultural history completely as does 'Black Memory.' And there, precisely, is the 'Black Mistake.' It is that Black Mistake which leads to Black Rage which leads to... we shall see. Modern Blacks need to remember that they are still in the process of 'assimilation.' They have not arrived quite yet. They are a work in progress.
