The new occupant(s) moved in 2-10-07, a Saturday, under cover of darkness. There is at least one of them, a male 20-35. But meanwhile nothing has changed: whether there (tap) were 'occupants above' or not, the daily and nightly routine remained the same. That is to say, the same people who harrassed me (tap) before the previous occupants moved out, did not move out. Nothing has changed. There was only the appearance of change. Time for the news.
