Problem Fixed

Still having password/logon problems but on the other hand I am learning quite a bit about how to approach fixing such problems. (That was yesterday.)
Today I did a 'system restore' back to April first. It fixed the problem, the nature of which is still a mystery. Frequently during the process the mad wall-banger upstairs was beating his head (or something) against one of the walls.
Regarding this link I count myself an enthusiastic J-Lo fan.
